Terms of Service

These terms describe the relationship between Findra and customers using our product sourcing, inspection, logistics, and payment services.

Last updated: August 28, 2026

1. Business identity

These terms are provided by [legal business name], operating as Findra. Registered business address: [insert the complete registered business address]. Contact email: contact@findra.com. The legal business name and full registered address must be completed before this page is used for live payments.

2. Our role

Findra provides product sourcing and trade-coordination services. Depending on the quotation, we may identify suppliers, compare options, negotiate commercial terms, arrange samples, coordinate factory verification, organise quality inspections, support private-label packaging, and arrange freight or delivery. Unless a quotation expressly says otherwise, Findra is not the manufacturer, carrier, customs authority, insurer, or owner of products supplied by a third party.

3. Quotes and payment

A quotation may include product price, quantity, specifications, sampling or inspection charges, Findra service fees, shipping, insurance, taxes, duties, currency, estimated timelines, and payment milestones. A quotation is an offer for the stated scope and period only; supplier availability, exchange rates, freight rates, taxes, and production costs can change before confirmation. Work begins when you approve the applicable quotation and the required payment is successfully processed. Stripe may appear as the payment processor on your statement.

4. Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate specifications, quantities, artwork, delivery details, customs information, and intended-use information. You are responsible for obtaining any licences, registrations, product certifications, import permissions, or marketplace approvals required in your destination country. You must review and approve quotations, samples, artwork, packaging, inspection results, and shipping details before production or dispatch. You must not request products or services that are illegal, counterfeit, infringing, unsafe, or restricted.

5. Product information and third parties

Supplier images, specifications, certifications, availability, and performance claims are provided for evaluation and may require independent confirmation. A supplier or logistics partner may be responsible for manufacturing, fulfilment, transport, or a product warranty. We will pass on relevant information we receive, but we cannot guarantee a third party's ongoing availability, capacity, compliance, delivery performance, or product quality beyond the inspection scope expressly included in your quotation.

6. Account use and changes

Keep your login credentials secure and notify us promptly of unauthorised access. We may suspend access, delay an order, or request additional information where needed for security, fraud prevention, legal compliance, or payment review. We may update these terms by publishing a revised version on this page. The version in effect when an order or service is accepted will generally apply to that transaction, subject to mandatory law.
