1. Information we collect
We collect the information you provide when you create an account, request a quotation, contact us, approve a product or sample, or place an order. This can include your name, email address, phone number, company details, product specifications, target quantity, destination country, delivery address, customs information, payment status, and order history. We may also collect messages, files, artwork, photographs, inspection reports, and other information you send to us. Payment card details are entered into Stripe-hosted payment components and are handled by Stripe; Findra does not store full card numbers.
2. How we use information
We use information to create and manage your account; understand your sourcing brief; identify and communicate with suitable suppliers; request samples; coordinate factory audits and quality inspections; prepare quotations and invoices; process payments; arrange production and delivery; provide order updates and support; investigate complaints; prevent fraud and misuse; maintain business records; and comply with legal, tax, sanctions, accounting, and payment-network requirements. We do not sell customer information.
3. Service providers
We share only the information reasonably needed to perform the requested service with suppliers, factories, inspection companies, freight forwarders, customs or warehousing partners, payment processors, hosting providers, analytics providers, and professional advisers. For example, a delivery partner may need the recipient name, address, phone number, package details, and customs information. These parties may process information in countries outside your own country. We require service providers to protect information and use it for the agreed purpose.
4. Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information, subject to information we must retain for legal, payment, fraud-prevention, accounting, dispute-resolution, or contractual reasons. You may also unsubscribe from non-essential marketing messages. To make a request, email contact@findra.com from the address associated with your account. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.
5. Security and retention
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle. No online service can guarantee absolute security. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, administer orders, resolve disputes, meet legal and tax obligations, enforce agreements, and maintain legitimate business records, after which it is deleted or anonymised where practical.
6. Cookies and third-party services
The website may use essential storage and similar technologies to keep you signed in, protect sessions, remember preferences, and support checkout. Stripe may process information according to its own terms and privacy policy when you use payment services. We do not control the privacy practices of external websites linked from Findra.
