Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy sets expectations for international delivery, estimated timelines, customs, and the information customers receive after checkout.

Last updated: August 28, 2026

1. Delivery coverage

Findra can coordinate delivery from China to the destination confirmed in your quotation using available sea, air, rail, courier, freight-forwarding, warehousing, or Amazon FBA services. The available route depends on the product category, quantity, dimensions, destination, carrier rules, sanctions, and import requirements. We may use independent logistics and customs partners to perform the shipment.

2. Timelines

The quotation may show separate estimates for supplier preparation, sampling, production, inspection, export handling, and transit. These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates, unless the quotation expressly states a guaranteed commitment. Delays may result from supplier schedules, rework, inspections, port congestion, customs, weather, public emergencies, carrier disruption, incomplete documents, or events outside our reasonable control. We will provide material updates we receive from the relevant partner.

3. Duties and customs

Unless the quotation expressly includes them, you are responsible for import duties, VAT or sales tax, customs clearance, brokerage, storage, demurrage, permits, inspections, and destination-country compliance. You are responsible for giving us accurate consignee and product information and for responding to customs or carrier requests. Quoted shipping charges can change if the final weight, dimensions, route, fuel surcharge, exchange rate, or customs treatment changes.

4. Tracking and delivery problems

Where tracking is available, we will share the tracking details after dispatch. Check the shipment status and remain available to receive the delivery. Report loss, damage, shortage, incorrect delivery, or a customs issue to contact@findra.com as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery or the carrier's notice. Keep the packaging and shipment records while the investigation is open, as the carrier or insurer may require them.

5. Shipping terms and responsibility

The accepted quotation should identify the shipping method, destination, charges, insurance, and any applicable Incoterm or delivery arrangement. Risk, title, and responsibility for a shipment may pass at the point stated in that quotation. Findra will coordinate the agreed service but cannot guarantee the acts or omissions of a carrier, customs authority, supplier, or other independent partner.
